Welcome Thunder Panty Lovers!
For the second year running (ha ha!), I will be participating in the Underwear Affair, BC Cancer Foundation's 10K run/5K walk to raise funds and awareness for cancers of the private parts.
Last year my team, The Thunder Panties, raised over $7000 for the event, and I personally raised over $1600 of that. This year, we aim to at least match these levels, and hopefully surpass them.
As I said last year, I promise on the event day to walk around downtown Vancouver in tasteful underwear, in all my pasty white glory (my physio has barred me from running). Photographic evidence of this will be provided, as it was before.
Our team uniform is yet to be decided, but I hope to step it up a notch.
